Colour : deep  rich  gold.
Nose : leathery, meaty, fresh peach and pepper.
Taste : soft and chocolatry with some bot spice.
Finish : dry fruit and lemon peel.

Glengoyne La Nerthe Cask Finish 1996 - 52,5%vol.

Colour : a pale straw gold.
Nose : pineapple, citrus, butter and vanilla.
Taste : sweet and soft developing into gooseberry and lemongrass with hints of 'Rousanne' grape from the Château La Nerthe Blanc casks..
Finish : aromatic and sweet with a liquorice dryness.

Glengoyne Manzanilla Cask Finish 1994 - 50%vol.

Colour : auburn with some golden highlights.
Nose : spicy fruit cake with some ginger and liquorice.
Taste : soft with some dry nuts and fruit followed by herbal notes.
Finish : herbal essence, mint leaves and fresh oak.

Colour : amber gold.
Nose : meaty, plums, ginger wine and honey sweetness.
Taste : gamy, brambles, sweet chillies, plums and Japanese boney apples.
Finish : powerful and sweet, ginger jam with lemon curd.

Colour : a rich, rose gold.
Nose : intensely complex. Full, sweet and spicy with oranges in syrup and frsh toffee apples.
Taste : malty with subtle oakiness. Spicy, yet honeyed pepperiness with hints of vanilla and dark berry fruits.
Finish : long, dry and spicy throughout with hints of fruit.
